What areas do you service?
We offer free delivery and pickup in Central Park, Denver. Outside-area service may be available for an additional fee based on location.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is two weeks, from delivery through pickup.
What if I need more time?
Contact us before your scheduled pickup. Extensions may be available for an additional fee, depending on upcoming reservations.
Are the bins cleaned?
Yes. We inspect, clean, and fully dry every bin between rentals so it arrives ready to pack.
How big is each bin, and what can it hold?
Each bin measures approximately 27 in. long × 17 in. wide × 12 in. high on the outside, with about 2.5 cubic feet of usable space. They work well for books, kitchen items, toys, clothes, and other everyday belongings. Pack heavy items in smaller amounts so each bin is comfortable to carry.
What comes with a package?
Each package includes your selected number of clean reusable bins, reusable room labels, one dolly, a two-week rental, and delivery and pickup in Central Park. Choose 20 bins with The Porch, 30 with The Courtyard, 40 with The Block, or 60 with The Neighborhood.
Can realtors gift a bin rental as a closing gift?
Yes! You can gift clients a Porch rental with 20 bins, one dolly, two weeks, and delivery and pickup in Central Park. Add a personalized message, then let your client choose their rental dates through the gift portal. Email CentralParkBins@gmail.com with your name, brokerage, phone, and email to request realtor portal access.
Are room labels included?
Yes. Each bin has a reusable 3 × 5 in. label. Use a permanent marker to write the room or contents—no tape or extra labels needed. Leave the labels on the bins at pickup; we erase them between rentals.
